There are 3 Bonus Structures – All Achievable!

1. Clinical Teams

If a clinic is able to deliver more services to their community compared to the same period last year each team member will be paid a reward based on the % growth and their FTE.

2. Networked Teams

If a Network Team is able to deliver more services to their community compared to the same period last year each team member will be paid a reward based on the % growth and their FTE.

3. Healthia

If Healthia as a whole is able to deliver more services to the community compared to the same period last year a reward based on the % growth and FTE will be paid towards group end of year celebrations across Australia

1. Clinic funds for reward

  • Clinic P&L funded bonus if a clinic has more visits than 2024
  • No increase in visits – $0 cost centre contribution/FTE
  • 2% increase in visits – $50 cost centre contribution/ FTE
  • 4% increase in visits – $75 cost centre contribution/FTE
  • 6% increase in visits – $100 cost centre contribution/FTE
  • 10% or greater increase in visits – $150 cost centre contribution/ FTE
  • Reward – paid in gift cards to individual

2. Networked Teams bonus

  • HLA funded bonus to all members if a networked team shows growth from 2024
  • No increase in visits – $0 HLA contribution/ FTE
  • 2% increase in visits – $50 HLA contribution/ FTE
  • 4% increase in visits – $75 HLA contribution/ FTE
  • 6% increase in visits – $100 HLA contribution/ FTE
  • 10% or greater increase in visits – $150 HLA contribution/ FTE
  • Reward – paid in gift cards to individual

3. HLA contribution to Group Christmas party

  • Scaled reward dependent on % visits increase
  • No increase in visits – $50 HLA contribution/ FTE who attends
  • 2% increase in visits – $60 HLA contribution/ FTE who attends
  • 4% increase in visits – $80 HLA contribution/ FTE who attends
  • 6% increase in visits – $100 HLA contribution/ FTE who attends
  • 10% or greater increase in visits – $150 HLA contribution/ FTE who attends
