Allied Health Teams
if a 5 person clinic saw 240 consults per week last year and have lost an FTE since, their new target should be 200 visits per week (+ % growth target). If a 4 person clinic saw 240 consults per week last year and have recruited an FTE since, their new target should be 250 visits per week (+ % growth target)
This clinic and network teams incentives will be paid via individual gift card. A minimum of $20 gift card applies – any pro-rated bonus less than $20 will not be paid. All gift cards will be rounded to nearest $5. Brands can be assessed as a whole instead of an isolated site where appropriate. Clinic bonus will be costed to the clinic P&L. Networked teams bonus will be costed to Support Office P&L. Results can be tracked independently via PMS or Hub, with final results calculated and shared with CCS asap. Gift cards will be supplied to clinics by end of October.
Podiatry Teams
- Speak to your Clinic Class Shareholder, Team Leader or Regional Partner about specific conditions and
targets for your clinic. - If clinicians did not work in their current clinic for the comparative period, their targets will be
calculated by the clinic average for the comparative period. - This clinic and network teams incentives will be paid via individual gift card.
- A minimum of $20 gift card applies – any pro-rated bonus less than $20 will not be paid. All gift cards
will be rounded to the nearest $5. - Brands can be assessed as a whole instead of an isolated site where appropriate.
- Clinic bonus will be costed to the clinic P&L.
